Zaubra is a private beta software product. By requesting access and using Zaubra, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Private Beta Access
Zaubra is currently in private beta. Access is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time. Beta features may change, be discontinued, or evolve before general availability.
Use of the Software
Zaubra is designed for legal professionals and enterprise teams. You agree to use Zaubra only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the software or hardware. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and credentials.
Data and Privacy
Zaubra processes data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your documents or queries to our servers. However, usage metadata and diagnostic information may be collected to improve the product. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, and hardware designs are proprietary to Zaubra. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the product during your authorized access period.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Zaubra is provided "as is" during the private beta period. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI outputs should be reviewed by qualified legal professionals.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaubra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Zaubra after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
